Whichever you take, leashes go on at the curb.
By car
On-street parking right out front. We're a few metres from the Gishushu traffic lights, just before the Remera roundabout — near the Yego Cabs office.
By moto
We're on KN 5 Road in Gishushu — easy drop-off zone. Tell your moto: "Royal Pets Center, 16 KN 5 Road, Gishushu, near Yego Cabs office."
On foot
A short walk from the Gishushu traffic lights and the Yego Cabs office — flat sidewalks the whole way.

Can I bring my pet into the shop?
Yes — leashed dogs are welcome any time. Cats are best brought in a carrier. We have water bowls and a quiet corner if your pet needs a moment.
Do I need an appointment for a consult?
Walk-ins are fine for the shop. For consults, grooming, or surgery, please book ahead — we run one room at a time on purpose, so slots are limited.
What forms of payment do you take in-store?
MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard, and cash. Receipt by email or WhatsApp on request.
Is there parking?
On-street out front, plus a small back lot. If both fill up, the side road off KK 15 is rarely full.
