FAQ
Most routes need 6–12 weeks. Some countries require a 30-day wait after the rabies booster, and others want a blood test that takes 4–6 weeks to come back. The earlier we know your dates, the easier it gets.
Quotes depend on the route, your pet’s size and the services you pick — paperwork-only costs much less than door-to-door. Most international moves land between RWF 800,000 and RWF 3,500,000. You get a written quote before any work starts.
It depends on the airline and your pet’s weight — usually under 7–8 kg including the carrier. We confirm with the airline when booking. If the cabin isn’t an option, climate-controlled cargo on a pet-friendly airline is the next best thing.
