Tell us about your pet
Send the form below — pet details, where you're going, what month you're aiming for. We come back within one working day with a tailored plan.

Pre-flight prep
Microchip, rabies vaccination, blood titre tests if the destination requires it. We schedule everything around your move-out date.

Paperwork
Vet health certificate, government endorsement, import permit, airline manifest. Originals delivered to you ahead of travel.

Travel day
We meet you at home or at our centre, fit the crate, and hand off at airport cargo. Photo updates from check-in.

Arrival
Where we have local partners, they meet your pet at customs and bring them to your new address. Otherwise we coordinate with your contact.
FAQ
The questions we always get.
How far in advance should I start?+
Most routes need 6–12 weeks — some destinations require a 30-day waiting period after the rabies booster, others want a blood titre test that takes 4–6 weeks to come back. The earlier we know your dates, the easier this gets.
How much does it cost?+
Quotes are tailored to the route, the pet's size, and the services you pick — paperwork-only is much lighter than full door-to-door. Most international moves land between RWF 800,000 and RWF 3,500,000. We give you a written quote before any work starts.
Can my pet fly in the cabin?+
Depends on the airline and the pet's weight (usually under 7–8 kg combined with the carrier). We'll confirm with the airline at booking time. If cabin isn't an option, climate-controlled cargo on a pet-friendly carrier is the next best thing.
What if my pet has a pre-existing condition?+
Tell us in the notes. We coordinate with your vet (or ours) to make sure the airline accepts the medical fitness letter and that any travel anxiety is managed safely.
Do you handle flights I've already booked?+
Yes. We can also handle paperwork-only and airport handling separately if you want to keep the flight booking yourself.
